As a user of SocialHub, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Ensuring that any content you post or schedule via our service complies with applicable laws.
Adhering to the terms and conditions of third-party platforms (including Meta and Google).

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
Scraping or extracting data from the Service without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

SocialHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
